What You'll be doing

You love the hunt in enterprise B2B sales and you thrive in chaos. You love what’s happening within emerging technology, particularly in higher education; and are fascinated by the latest technology that seemingly came out of nowhere. Your natural talent for “selling anything to anyone, any time” set’s you apart from your peers. Think you’ve got game? Let’s put those skills to the test and see what you’ve got when you have the most exciting Augmented Reality team behind you. 

You’ll be part of a team that hunts, nurtures client relationships, and closes deals. You love anticipating objections and it’s what keeps you sharp. You research and plan, and when you’re speaking with a prospect, you’re prepared and this is where you shine. 

Learn our enterprise solutions, features and benefits so that you perform like a Rockstar while deliver your client pitch 

Build your knowledge base, get informed, research and know what it means to hit your numbers 

Work closely with your Business Development Manager to identify markets & verticals while determining where you’ll crush your sales quota 

Don’t be an island – be a team player. Help your peers be a success too. Need help with proposals, collateral and contract generation, no problem 

A quality deal is a good deal and that’s why you’re always driving towards “doing right by the client” 

Watching you present to a client and close a deal is like witnessing a well-orchestrated symphony create magic. You practice, you’re prepared and you execute – every time  

Your integrity and reputation is everything – that’s why your prospects and clients only ask for you 

Keeping track of your work in the CRM (HubSpot) system is not your favorite thing to do but you get why it’s important. This is how your team and Leader sing your praise. You back your work up


 

What you will bring

Currently in a Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a related technical degree program

Your track record speaks for itself and you can show it. Consistent successes selling B2B enterprise solutions in a quota-based environment

Outbound sales experience. People love watching you sell because you’re so good at it (you love the hunt)

Research driven, detail oriented and being prepared. Not because it comes natural but because it’s so important 

You’re consultative in your sales approach and you’re a great listener. You guide prospects to a sale like it’s easy for you 

Technology fascinates you. In fact, you’ve already read up on what’s emerging and coming down the pike 

Knowledge of data privacy laws and experience maintaining good practices 

A strong communicator (verbal and written) – includes excellent reporting and forecasting skills. Attention to detail is critical 

Understanding of the Higher Education System in the North American and, EMEA regions (faculties, designations, how the puzzle pieces fit together, and who the decision-makers are). 

Ability to sell across various departments within Higher Education; from Institution Events to Graduate Recruitment to Augmented Reality in the STEM faculties. 

Understanding of the STEM environment within the North American and, EMEA regions and how best to communicate with both decision-makers and lab assistants.

Understanding of the Events and Admissions environment within the North American and, EMEA regions and how best to communicate with both decision-makers and event specialists.  

Launch new solutions and offerings within the Higher Education environment of both North America as well as EMEA regions.

Project manage multiple large enterprise accounts simultaneously and drive for “land and expand” opportunities.

Relationship manage multiple large enterprise accounts simultaneously. Ensure they know they need to come to you 1st with any need.

Anticipate client needs before they know they need it (proactive).

Make suggestions and implement amended structures to ensure a smoother process for delivery of projects.

Analyze historical success stories and areas of concern to strategize and amend forward planning and execution.
