I do not see all the attendees when I click on 'Attendees' in the Virtual Venue

Some of the profiles are set to be hidden in the admin portal. Hide profile is governed by the show manager.

To unhide attendees, go to Attendees & Ticketing > Attendee Access Manager and uncheck 'Hide' > Entire profile. You can check 'Hide contact info' if you do not want your attendees contact details displayed.

You also have the option to hide/unhide a few attendee profiles or all profiles.
