The Help Center Resources section is intended to be a listing of resources useful for anyone attending the show. It is broken down by role (speaker, sponsor, attendee, etc) to help organize the information.
If no information is available for a certain role, that role will not appear on the mobile app.
Some recommended ideas:
- Parking information
- Hotel check-in / check-out procedures
- Local-event information
- Exhibitor setup / breakdown
Steps
Path: Mobile App > Help Center : Resources
- Click on 'Add New Record'
- Enter the title of the resource you want to add
- In the 'Roles' section, select who this resource applies to
- Under 'Details' you can upload a link or an article
- You can also enter a link to an external website or resource or you can upload a file.
- Click on 'Save Record' once your done
