Assigning and un-assigning Exhibitors to and from booths is a snap using the Map Editor!
Steps
Assign an Exhibitor
- Go to the Dashboard and click "Map Editor" to open the Map Editor view.
- In the Map Editor, click on the booth where you need to place or remove an exhibitor.
- Click the "Edit Booth Details" button near the top left of the Map Editor window.
- On the right side of the screen, you'll see the Booth Information Editor panel. Toward the bottom of the panel you'll find the "Exhibitor Assignments" tab (collapse the "Booth Information" tab at the top if you don't see it!).
- Use the dropdown menu and scroll through the list of exhibitors and click on the exhibitor you wish to assign, then click "Add".
- OPTIONAL: Turn "Purchasable" On or Off under "Purchase Settings" if you want to block/open the booth for online registration, then click "Update Purchase Settings".
- Click the green "Save Map Layout Changes" button, and you're done!
Pro-tip: You can add more than one exhibitor to a booth by continuing to use the drop down menu
Un-assign an Exhibitor
- Follow steps 1-4 above!
- To un-assign an exhibitor, click "x" on the exhibitor you wish to remove.
- OPTIONAL: Turn "Purchasable" On or Off under "Purchase Settings" if you want to block/open the booth for online registration, then click "Update Purchase Settings".
- Click the green "Save Map Layout Changes" button, and you're done!
