The exhibitor booth chat can be turned on for selected booths or for all booths.
Once enabled, the chat option will appear in the booth and exhibitors can chat with the attendees once they are online.
To turn on exhibitor booth chat, follow the steps below:
Path: Exhibitors > Access Manager > Individual Account list & Access level
Under the 'Profile features,' you can turn on chat and this will enable booth chat for all the exhibitors in the exhibitors' list.
If you want to enable booth chat for selective exhibitors, uncheck the chat box in the profile features, and check the chatbox for each exhibitor instead.
- Turning off 'global event chat' will not turn off the exhibitor booth chat that is enabled.
- If there is no email address assigned to an exhibitor under 'Account Email,' the booth chat option will not appear.
- Ensure that there is a booth representative added to the booth to respond to chats.
