Sound or audio playback issues

Below are some basic troubleshooting steps to get your sound working!

  1. Ensure that are using either the Chrome or Firefox browser to access the event.
  2. Ensure that the volume on your device is turned up.

  3. If you are on your desktop or laptop, please right-click the event tab in your browser and ensure that the site is not on 'mute.'

  4. Try opening YouTube or any other video sites and check if you can hear audio. If you can hear the audio on YouTube, then try toggling the sound on and off using the speaker icon on the bottom of the video player.

  5. If this does not work, click the video resolution button on the bottom of the video screen and change it to a lower resolution. Lowering the resolution can sometimes cause the audio to playback.

  6. If the above steps do not work for you, try opening a new Chrome browser in 'incognito mode' or try restarting your device.
