Admin: How to check and update user access levels?
To check a user's access, follow the path below
Path: Administrative Tools > Clients & Shows > Admin Users
Steps
- Search for the user by entering their name and hit enter
- Go to 'Group Associations'
- Check the access levels that the user has, check /uncheck and save record
Note: Only admins have access to the Administrative Tools in the platform
