I cannot access the Zoom meeting link

If you're experiencing technical issues accessing a Zoom meeting link, please ensure that you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded on your device and the meeting link that you're clicking on is the correct link.

You can confirm this by submitting a ticket to support or you can send an email tosupport@nextechar.com. Please mention the name of the event, the Zoom link, and send a screenshot of the page if possible, for us to better assist you.
