I get an error message when I try to log in to the event for the first time

If you have not completed the registration process and tried logging in directly to the event by going to the event login page, you will receive an error message.

Please look for the registration email in your inbox and continue registering and setting up your new password.

If you did not reset your password in time, the password reset link sent to you is expired. You can reach out to us for another password reset link. Please note that the password reset link is valid for up to 24 hours only.

Once you have successfully registered, you can go to the event login page and log in with your new password.

The registration link and the login link are different. Please ensure that you have all the required event links and information.
